Introduction

AnyAudit is the comprehensive platform that enables the very execution of the Audit/Assurance and other functions of a Chartered Accountants office and is not limited merely to documentation or work Allocation or office management while they are all, of course, an integrated part of the platform.

The name of our product ‘AnyAudit’ is our theme. Being a generic platform this solution is readily useful for any times of audit like Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Management Audit, Stock and receivable Audit, Statuary Bank Audit, Concurrent Audit and any other assurance function without any programmatic intervention. This unique feature coupled with the above differentiates AnyAudit from the rest and brings out maximum value addition to the CA Firms.

It aligns with Standards of Auditing, seamlessly integrating the complex Audit Life Cycle into a unified solution. This includes automated audit Planning, Management, Execution, Data Analytics, Internal control evaluation and process walkthrough, Automated Drafting of reports, Quality Review and Documentation, including the generation of working papers with cross-working paper linkages.

Implementation and Training

We have mentioned implementation and training above, below is an explanation of the same. Implementation includes –

  1. Setting up the cloud infrastructure that a firm will use to access the AnyAudit platform.
  2. Creating the licenses required as per the commercial agreement
  3. Data migration (clients, users, assignments etc) to the AnyAudit platform
  4. Customization of process flows to suit the firm if the firm requests any
Training Includes – 
  1. Conducting virtual/in-person sessions explaining each and every module of the platform
  2. Conducting a mock audit for better understanding and hands on experience for the users
  3. Personalised support to ensure all teething issues are addressed in minimal time.
Other Specifications
  1. Hardware requirements at the clients end – None, as AnyAudit is a cloud based utility.
  2. Storage space - 5GB per user complimentary for all users including free tier users. For example, every firm using free tier license will be given 15GB data as complimentary, for a firm with 50 users 250 GB data will be given complimentary. Over and above the complimentary data users can purchase additional storage at cost from AWS, the cloud service on which the platform is hosted. However, the need for additional storage might not arrive in most cases as the platform allows users to archive data locally at any time, so users can maintain data pertaining to current assignments in the cloud and archive the rest locally.
  3. File size – The maximum size of the file the user can upload in one go is 200 MB
  4. Data Ingestion – Tally plugin is available for drawing data from tally, for any other accounting system the platform will take Excel/CSV files as inputs.
  5. There is no additional software maintenance charge as this is a SaaS based model
  6. If any customer requires specific customization the same may or may not be undertaken based on commercial and technical constraints.
  7. Beyond 75 users we treat firms as enterprise level customers and may offer different pricing based on their requirements
  8. Payment cycle is yearly in advance which is the norm for any SaaS product.
